Biography

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read about my background. I am an effective trial lawyer with approximately 30 years of experience in helping people who were injured because of someone else’s negligence. I am passionate about litigation and representing the injured. I am prepared to handle your personal injury claim from negotiating a settlement on your behalf to a jury trial, if necessary. Over my career, I have successfully handled thousands of injury cases, and achieved numerous six figure results for injured clients. I apply my experience to correctly identifying all the damages you have suffered. I consider each aspect of your injury and make the insurance company or jury understand its impact on you.

Clients are like family to me. I understand that being the victim of an accident is difficult and challenging, and I pride myself on being there for my clients. I will work as hard as I can to get you the money you deserve, and get you case concluded as quickly and painlessly as possible.

For example, one of my client’s was injured when she was hit by a car while riding her motor cycle. The insurance company denied her claim stating she was at fault. As her attorney, I acted quickly in securing a video of the collision from the intersection’s traffic camera. The video proved my client was not at fault, and the insurance company was made to pay for her property damage and physical injuries. Shortly thereafter she was hit by another car. She knew to call me right away. I again acted quickly and secured a good settlement for her.

In another example, a client of mine was injured in a car collision. The insurance company called him before hiring me, and made him an offer to settle his claim a few days after the collision. He then contacted my office. The insurance company told me that it would not change its offer because it had a recorded verbal release from my client before hiring me. I demanded a copy of the recording. After my client and I listened to it, I informed my client that I did not think there was an agreement, and that we should file a lawsuit. I filed the lawsuit, and within a few weeks I had the insurance company paying three and half times more than its initial offer.

A little more information about me: I was born and raised in Kenosha, Wisconsin and am graduate of George Nelson Tremper High School. I graduated from Marquette University and received my law degree from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago. I have licenses to practice law in Wisconsin and Illinois. I live in Kenosha with my wife, and have three (3) adult children. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, running, weight training, and attending sporting events.

It would be my pleasure to help you in your personal injury matter. Please feel free to call me anytime. Again, thank you.
