Biografía
Attorney Samantha Mudlaff is a Personal Injury Attorney with Gruber Law Offices. As a Wisconsin native and first-generation attorney, Samantha understands the value of hard work, perseverance, and dedication. Raised by a blue-collar father, she learned from an early age that success is earned through commitment, integrity, and showing up for others when they need you most.
Samantha chose personal injury law because it allows her to combine her passion for advocacy with her desire to help people through some of the most difficult moments of their lives. She believes that every client deserves a strong advocate who will stand up to insurance companies and ensure their voice is heard. For Samantha, personal injury law is about more than legal claims—it is about helping people regain stability, find answers, and move forward after an injury has disrupted their lives.
Before becoming an attorney, Samantha worked as a Law Clerk at Gruber Law Offices throughout law school, where she assisted attorneys with all stages of personal injury litigation. Through that experience, she developed a deep appreciation for the firm’s mission of making a positive difference in the lives of injured people. Following graduation, she joined the firm as an attorney.
Samantha earned her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Marquette University Law School, where she was recognized as a Thomas More Law Scholar and Zilber Scholar. During law school, she was a member of both the Marquette Law Review & the Marquette Sports Law Review, earned a Sports Law Certificate through the National Sports Law Institute, and served as Chair of the Marquette Sports Law Competition Board, among other leadership positions.
Prior to law school, Samantha graduated summa cum laude from Carroll University with degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice. Throughout her academic career, she earned numerous honors and academic distinctions in recognition of her commitment to excellence.
Samantha’s accomplishments have been recognized both inside and outside the classroom. In 2024, she won the Marquette Sports Law Negotiation Competition. In 2026, she received the Ethics in Sports Law Writing Award for her article, Starving Under Pressure: Why Negligence Law Should Require Coaches to Prevent Eating Disorders in College Athletics, which was selected for publication in the upcoming Fall 2026 issue of the Marquette Sports Law Review.
Outside of the office, Samantha enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle, spending time with family, friends, and her dogs, and continuing to challenge herself through new experiences and personal goals. She is proud to call Wisconsin home and is honored to advocate for members of her community when they need a voice most.
