A jury trial was set to begin in about 6 weeks when the case settled. Our client, who was in her mid-80s, suffered a broken lower leg due to a car crash. The leg injury required surgery. The lawsuit was filed in Racine County, Wisconsin. We are honored to represent a wonderful family.
