Gruber Law Attorneys Pattie Stone and Eric Knobloch recently won a $325,000 settlement in a case where the defendants initially refused to accept responsibility and made no offer. Other team members also contributed significantly to this case result.
The case involved an incident where our client was eating a salad purchased at a convenience store. Unknown to our client, the salad was contaminated with a thin piece of metal wire that became lodged in our client’s throat and had to be surgically removed. Fortunately, she had a good physical recovery from the injuries, and we were able to win her $325,000.
