The case was venued in Dodge County, Wisconsin. This was one of two back-to-back jury verdicts within weeks in Wisconsin where we more than quadrupled the insurance company’s final offer.
The jury trial focused on a major disagreement about the nature/extent of our client’s injuries and what was actually caused by the crash. Despite some challenging facts and an insurance company that spent heavily on its defense (including hiring a neurologist and a neuropsychologist), the jury saw through it and we won.
The jury deliberated for 90 minutes before delivering justice.
