After working in the accounting department of a highly successful food production and processing company for a year, Attorney Hermann went on to attend law school at Marquette University Law School, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. At Marquette, he undertook an array of challenging courses to prepare himself for a career as a litigator and plaintiff’s attorney. He excelled in his course work, achieving the CALI (highest grade) Award in both his Insurance class and Trusts and Estates class. In addition to graduating Magna Cum Laude and achieving multiple CALI Awards, Attorney Hermann achieved many other prestigious honors, recognitions, and positions. Attorney Hermann has spent the last seven years working at Wisconsin’s premier personal injury firm, Gruber Law Offices, LLC. He is dedicated to diligently working and advocating for his clients and he believes that hard work and communication are imperative to representing injured parties. He takes pride in the work that he does and the ability to make a difference in the lives of his clients. Attorney Hermann has resolved and litigated hundreds of personal injury cases. Attorney Hermann’s primary focus is on personal injury litigation and he has litigated an array of cases ranging from automobile and motorcycle accidents to premises liability cases to bad faith cases to insurance coverage issues to medical malpractice cases as well as products liability cases. Attorney Hermann’s trial experience includes automobile accidents, medical malpractice cases, and premises liability cases that have led to substantial verdicts, including a defective railing case in which the injured party fell from a second story apartment and sustained multiple facial fractures, and a case involving a negligently maintained premises and table-saw in which the injuries to the client necessitated partial amputation of the client’s finger. Both cases were very difficult cases, but in both cases the jury awarded substantial, six-figure, verdicts to the client. Additionally, the hard work and advocacy Attorney Hermann has exhibited in the courtroom has led to the successful resolution of cases, for very substantial amounts, both pre-litigation and during the litigation process.
