Gruber Law Offices Achieves $3.7 Million Settlement

Gruber Law Offices Attorney Michael LoCoco and team recently obtained a $3.7 million settlement on behalf of a seriously injured husband and wife.  Specifically, this matter involved a car crash that occurred in Waukesha County, Wisconsin.

Unfortunately, our clients suffered horrific injuries, primarily involving a traumatic brain injury.   The legal side of the case involved contested liability, insurance limitations, insurance coverage analysis, as well as other unique and challenging issues.

Our firm got involved in the case within a few days after the crash.  Our legal team and investigative team began working immediately and secured helpful evidence.  We subsequently proved up the case damages, filed a formal lawsuit and proceeded accordingly.  The case was extremely hard-fought and defended by numerous defense attorneys.  The case also involved several legal causes of action and significant motion practice, briefing and depositions.
